The undersigned (“Customer”) certifies that the information provided in this application is accurate and complete as of the date of submission. Customer agrees to promptly update this information upon request by United Furniture Import & Export. Customer acknowledges and agrees that the invoicing, billing, and payment terms for their account will be governed by the terms specified in each order and invoice. Customer will be responsible for all costs incurred by United Furniture Import & Export in collecting any delinquent balances, including attorney fees.

Customer and Owner hereby authorize United Furniture Import & Export to obtain credit information, as permitted by law, in connection with this and any future credit applications, and to retain such information on file. The decision to extend credit is based on the creditworthiness of both the Customer and Owner. The Owner personally guarantees full and timely payment of all obligations owed by the Customer to United Furniture Import & Export, whether or not the Owner has knowledge of or has approved the specific obligations, including all collection-related costs.
